Inside Rodin's Hands
Inside Rodin's Hands was a multi-disciplinary exhibition that incorporated the Rodin hand sculptures into anatomical and surgical educational displays. The ground-breaking exhibit used AR technologies from the Division of Clinical Anatomy that enabled students to visualize and study virtual anatomy and conditions. While the exhibit was up, visitors could study the hand’s internal structures and conditions as depicted by the sculptures, using iPads.
Surgical Repair of Rodin's Large Left Hand
As the artist on the team, I cleaned up the laser scans so they could be 3D printed, physically painted the printed sculpture to match the actual bronze pieces, developed all the 3D models and textures needed, animated the surgically corrected hand, and worked with the dev team to install and perfect the augmented reality.
